Fall is always my favorite season. It’s not just the leaves turning beautiful colors (although it’s gorgeous) it’s the crisp air, the blue skies, the perfect temperature outside. It’s the pumpkin patches, the hot apple cider and the corn mazes. It’s the harvest moon, football games and apple trucks climbing slowly up the hill.
I’m really thankful to have an opportunity to visit my family in Central Washington. I’m sure the season change is gorgeous in other places too, but nothing beats your childhood home.
Supporting my sister at her 7th grade volleyball game.
Lively work companions.
Pretty drives and apple trucks.
Big sister hikes.
Tricking Dad in to doing a plank. “I bet Mom can hold it longer than you!”
Pumpkin bread. It needs a bit more work before I release the recipe.
Beautiful sunny days.
