Hello all!

Lately I’ve been reading about Facebook and their new algorithm. Good thing I don’t spend much time on there because it’s looking like I’ll have to pay to appear in your newsfeed anyways. The actual change happened a while ago, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my newsfeed.

Looks like Twitter and Instagram is where you’ll find me the most! Now I just need to find more time to hang out on there…

Anyways, now that I’m finally not traveling for once, I’m happy to show you what a normal day looks like.

Getting my greens in with an un pictured handful of almonds. Am I the only one who buys a big bag of veggies at a time before getting something new?



I had about 1.5 servings of this of chip-less nachos. I was still hungry after I finished this (which is mostly meat) and had some more with a few chips.


I’ve been testing out a lot of workouts for my members this week! I’m super sore 🙂

  • Sunday: Active Rest w/ a walk
  • Monday: Full Body Strength + Sprints
  • Tuesday: Pull-Up practice + Back Circuit
  • Wednesday: Full Body Strength
  • Thursday: Chest + Arms
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: Rest

Weekend Fun

It was my good friend’s bachelorette party! We rented a cabin in the mountains and had a great time hanging out. Sunday we went wine tasting at Swiftwater Cellars, located at Suncadia. Gorgeous!
