Lately I’ve been reading about Facebook and their new algorithm. Good thing I don’t spend much time on there because it’s looking like I’ll have to pay to appear in your newsfeed anyways. The actual change happened a while ago, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my newsfeed.
Anyways, now that I’m finally not traveling for once, I’m happy to show you what a normal day looks like.

Getting my greens in with an un pictured handful of almonds. Am I the only one who buys a big bag of veggies at a time before getting something new?
I had about 1.5 servings of this of chip-less nachos. I was still hungry after I finished this (which is mostly meat) and had some more with a few chips.
I’ve been testing out a lot of workouts for my members this week! I’m super sore 🙂
- Sunday: Active Rest w/ a walk
- Monday: Full Body Strength + Sprints
- Tuesday: Pull-Up practice + Back Circuit
- Wednesday: Full Body Strength
- Thursday: Chest + Arms
- Friday: Rest
- Saturday: Rest
